Teachers are the most important and influential part of the Kinderspiel. They are the most interaction with the children, so they are admired and respected by the different families and their children. They are able to explain to a parent what is helpful to the child, or what the child needs to work on. They see the child process under their influence and assistance over the year that the child in involved in the Kinderspiel curricular. Since teachers have such a significant role in the development of the child, they need to be trained in a certain manner. Teacher build belief and self confidence in themselves, which help them to know what they are doing in helpful and an important aspect of a beneficial teacher.

So, as the teacher of Kinderspiel continue to bring our children to the level that they need to be at before school starts, let us hope that these teacher continue to know how important they are also, how much of a difference they make in these children’s lines. Through these studies, we have seen that if a teacher believe that they are contributing to the success of these children and they continue to assist these children when need be and interact with them in a progressing manner, kinderspiel will continue to have its success.
